Since you are going to read this and hence cannot stop or interrupt me I am going to just give you a few jewels of wisdom from me, Larry. So here we go.
First and foremost is that the Bible is God’s Word and was written by God outside of time and space. If you were outside of time and space, what would it look like? I think the universe, including time would look like a line or a picture of a line that He, or we, could look upon all at one time. If I wanted to communicate or reveal myself to those in the picture how would I do it? Besides the obvious direct intervention (which does happen) one of the ways is to tell the future (prophesy) and therefore confirm that the writer is outside of time. Now the argument to this is that satin and his folks i.e. psychics, and fortunetellers tell the future too. This is not actually true they fortune guess. Satin give the psychics the benefit of his insight that gives them a better guess but he, satin, cannot tell the future because he also is inside of time. Well enough about the validity if scripture, except to say that if this foundation is not set then faith is on shifting sand because then there are no absolutes and no absolute truth.
